Mclarty is somehow right. But, your sentence is quite special. When it comes to comparison (说 vs 做), the grammatical rules can all be broken. Here, although we always say we need 很 in front of an adjective, because this is a comparison sentence, we can omit it. So it can be 说起来(很)容易,做起来(很)难.

（O）这菜好辣：辣 is used for describing a dish
（X）这菜好麻
（X）这菜好麻辣
（X）我的舌头好辣
（O）我的舌头好麻：麻 is used to describe the feeling of your tongue
（X）我的舌头好麻辣
我喜欢麻辣火锅：麻辣 is mostly used for the name of a dish

implies existing：我在这儿 I am here.
in the middle of doing sth, like verb-ing：我在看书 I am reading
在 in words might have different meaning, for example 现在(now), 在行(be good at), 实在(really). So you have to memorize these words through contents.
再
again：再说一次 Say it again.
another：我想再吃一个 I want to eat one more.
then (after sth, and not until then)：吃完早餐再出门 Let's go after finish your breakfast.
....(there are other complicated grammatical usages, but I think we can talk about it when you have problems with them then)
