扭屁股 sounds not that terrible in Chinese as I known. Usually it's been used when in dancing, means to make a butt movement. Sometimes you can also hear 把屁股扭起来. But, the 屁股 is still not a good word in public.

Generally, according to different context, 吧 often been used at the end of sentence expressing Entreaty, Suggestion, Question, Command and Confirmation. In today's dialogue, it should be some kind of confirmation. 你是...吧 is also oftenly used when people meet in person. So I think it's better to be translated as 'You should be ...' or 'You must be...'.

It's a good question. Thanks for bringing it up. We will work out a better translation and probably make a new Qing Wen show about how to use 吧 in the near future.

推行 is focusing on gradual implementation, making something on going or practising something for a period of time.

实施 is focusing on the action of implementation, the point of turning to real.

For example,

虽然以前推行的政策已经过时，但新的政策马上要开始实施。

这个制度推行(to spread the idea)和实施(to implement actually)的时候应该注意什么？

That 咯 has no meaning. Basically, It's a small particle often been used to soften the sentence and show a tone of 'obvious'. For example, '没人去，只有你去(咯)。' Without the '咯', this sentence sounds like commanding.

First I think it works in spoken Chinese along with some context.

For example,

“(速度很快，但)他的球踢得太臭了。” or

" 他的（这场）球踢得太臭了。”

These words in parenthesis sometimes are omitted accordingly. But for our example sentences, it should be more precise and practical for learners. We will change it. Thanks
