'thick skinned', well said. :) It reminds me the time when I worked as a sound designer for mobile games. We have couple Chinese sayings about this situation, such as ‘ 甲方虐我千百遍，我对甲方如初恋’, literally means 甲方 （jia3fang1, usually the Part A in a contract) abused me thousands of times, but I still treat them as my first love.
