In the meantime, you could try hitting the download button? Perhaps it's linked to your internet speed. If that's the case, try watching at a lower res by hitting the gear icon.

March 30, 2017 at 3:10 AMThanks. I've updated the notes with the correct pinyin. The character 鍊 is just a variant of 鏈 and is the first character that comes up when you type "necklace" in Chinese. However, I have updated the notes to match the simplified version.
