主任 means director/chairman. e.g. chief doctor 主任医师 So it's not same as 先生 which means "Mr".

I assume you are referring to ""离这" and ""这里“ . They are not interchangeable if that's the case. 离这 means "from here" while 这里 means here.

People who live in China mainland normally say 三十只/个水饺

People who live in Taiwan also say 三十粒/颗水饺

When people use 该.....了 structure, they usually add 了 to the end to make the whole sentence complete.

I think people normally say 一辆车 instead of 一台车. However, people who live in Taiwan usually use both.

In a written language, you will need to use 一辆车 while in oral language 一台车 is also acceptable.

被 is normally put after the subject in a sentence to indicate the passive tense.

I agree with you as “go to bed/sleep" means 上床睡觉 while "fall asleep" means 睡着了. So in the sentence, it actually refers to the fact that 我上床睡觉 instead of 我睡着了.
