However, you may not say 她先换了身衣服再走了出去.
e.g. 我先尝试打他电话 然后给他发了短信
You may say 我先尝试打他电话再给他发了短信 in this scenario.

都已经 means "already"
我都已经把房间收拾完了 means "I have already tidied up my room" Here, it will still be correct if you omit 已经
