累计 is usually something we added up from the previous calculations. In this case the, 全市累计报告 is the reported cases that summed up.

So the word 贵 is just a way to express the respect you have to the person you are talking to. When you hear 免贵 means that the 贵 is not needed, just call the person by her or his surname.

June 9, 2020 at 8:51 AMLet's see the word 饭圈 first. 饭 obviously means rice, or a meal. In this case, 饭 is actually the word "fan" in english, which is the people who are enthusiastically devoted to a celebrity or a star. 圈 is a circle, so combining these two words together, it means a circle of a fan. Since most of the celebrities have their own fans, so the virtual circle of a group of fanatics is formed, and we call this 饭圈. There are other words with the character 圈 that has the same meaning, like 朋友圈、科技圈、政治圈.
The second word is 吃瓜群众. These are the people that are ready to sit back and watch either a scandal or a quarrel under a post on social media. They are definitely not trolling, and what they do is just joining the fun and see what is going to happen next. 吃瓜群众 are the crowd that are doing the action 吃瓜.
The reason we duplicate the verb 吃 in the word 吃吃瓜 is because we are indicating that the action is not for long but in a short period of time. For example, 我去公园走走路.
