Thanks Veronique - it actually came to me in bed last night :)  I still get caught with bang mang and don't use it that often, but use bangzhu instead, as I don't have to separate it.

Hi guys

The sentence ：- 你帮了我这么大的忙， 我当然应该谢谢你。   Can you explain the use of mang?  I am guessing it means that a lot of help was given, and is used to indicate this situation.  Thanks.
