In fact when I first heard of Android I thought it was actually a mobile phone rather than an OS, I think that's a good indicator of how much notice I take of techy toys and associated lingo. Would you believe that one big reason I did shell out the cash finally was so I could use the much-vaunted Chinesepod Android app. What a disappointment that was, I never even bother to find out if it's still working these days.

But that's cool, I can catch up on my review of old lessons schedule, thanks CPod! Let's have more lessons about pointless glitzy techy toys please!

What is love anyway? It's a slippery concept. I've always liked the definition proposed by Ambrose Bierce:
"A temporary insanity curable by marriage or by removal of the patient from the influences under which he incurred the disorder. This disease, like caries and many other ailments, is prevalent only among civilized races living under artificial conditions; barbarous nations breathing pure air and eating simple food enjoy immunity from its ravages.
