andrewm, You can use 加 (jiā) if, for example, there is already some in it, and you want to add more. 放 (fàng) is the more common word to use for the context of this dialogue.

aiyuguang, what is referred to generally as 'qingcai' is what we in the west know as 'bok choy'.

kimgibbier and auntysue, If you're calling the restaurant, you would be saying: 我要叫外卖。(Wǒ yào jiào wài mài.) But if you go to the restaurant, and want to take away, you say: 带走 (dàizǒu) or 打包 (dǎbāo) 打包 (dǎbāo) can also be used when you are done eating but want a 'doggie bag.'

Hi RJBerki, Your take on 晚上 (wǎnshang) and 晚安 (wǎn'ān) are exactly right. Good job!

TaiPan, How did you not notice them before? They're, like, all steering the Movie Madness ship and everything.

htsungy, 晚上 (wǎnshang) is typically 6:00pm to 12:00pm after midnight you can also say 夜里 (yèli). But this isn't a blanket rule...
