For example, this sentence means: "I feel our breakup was all due to a misunderstanding." 2) “话说” means "it is said" and most often would precede a story or anecdote. “说话” means to speak, to talk 3) It's not really a palindrome, because English palidromes are letter based. But this is syllable based. It's not that common in Chinese. 4) 冤枉 (yuānwang) means to wrong someone. In the context of Lili and Zhang Liang's conversation, however, the feeling is that he's being wrongfully accused of something, so it was described that way in the podcast.

If you were looking for a literal translation of: 只怕有心人 (zhǐpà yǒuxīnrén) It would be to say that the thing that is difficult (难事 nánshì) only fears a person with determination (决心 juéxīn), because this person will be able to conquer the difficulty.
