过桥有什么办法呢？
As for "Where there is a will, there is a way", a literal translation is doable, it would be 只要你有决心，就有办法达成目标。
There is also a similar saying in Chinese which goes, "有志者事竟成". Hope this helps!!

In some cases, like if you're talking about "life" itself, which is translated into 人生, you cannot replace it with 一生.
