The Chinese characters on the picture's blackboard were not written by a Chinese person. And Jenny, how many guys did you shoot down for asking to study with you in the library? :)

Frank, Remember Aric's famous 12% fee? If Amber ends up with a great contract because of my suggestions, I am waiving my 12% just for Amber. :) Amber, don't forget to negotiate for Internet royalties. Learn from the Hollywood writers' strike! ;)

Amber, By the time the movie comes, you'll be even more famous than you are now. And when you and Frank step on the red carpet, your fame will have skyrocketed even more, and the cameras will be on you. So, don't settle for a free cameo role, negotiate a terrific deal with Frank! :)

Jenny, The guy in the dialogue could possibly be both cheap and sweet. :)

I am glad that Cpod finally came up with the lessons for each tone. Applying tones to English words to help the student get a better feel of tones is pretty creative, although I admit that some of the words do sound strange in tones. Unlike John who uses what in the third tone, I use what in the fourth tone. Why? (third tone) Live long enough to see people repeatedly do crazy and stupid things and you'll know why (second tone) what is pronounced in the fourth tone. ;-) Keep up the good work. 新年快乐!

I hate to admit this but in spite of the interesting lesson, I was dozing off because it's late over here. Then I hear my name mentioned and now I am fully awake (for a little while). Amber, be careful what you wish for, you may reGrET it. :) The audience would rather have Clay sitting next to you because of the Qingwen repartee you two produce and having Connie to translate some of those zingers you throw at Clay.

Can we have an extra lesson on the first tone? I want to hear Jenny, John and Ken sing the words "Oh Mandy" and "Copacabana" in the first tone. :)

我觉得上星期的请问课程又不无聊又有用。 Why is Clay beating himself up after last week's lesson? As for repeatedly going to the BSR, I need help translating this Chinglish sentence into a pure Chinese sentence: "你们又masochistic又nuts! :)
