Jenny, Maybe you can do a gossip weekly on Chinesepod staff. The listeners will relate to you, Amber, John, etc. better than actors and actresses! I am sure we would rather learn about the gossip details of your lives :) Just kidding! Art

Ken, Are you sending Jenny to Orlando via San Francisco? I would have love to meet Jenny in person. I don't have a TV so I have to search the NBC website for the video report on Chinesepod. Art

When I was vacationing in China last year, I got addicted to reruns of a martial arts soap called 天下第一 which was on Anhui Television Network every night from 11:00 pm - 12:30 am. So I learned some Mandarin at night after hearing Mandarin spoken by the bilingual tour guides during the day.

I've always thought that the sound from eating noodles is due to the noodles being hot and too slippery to hold on to using chopsticks. Thus the person eating have to suck in the noodle really fast, thus the sound. I tipped the bellboys of the hotel I stayed in Shanghai and both treated me very well!

John, Which accounting firm is Chinesepod employing to supervise the movie madness lottery drawing? :) Perhaps all of us listeners just love Amber and Jenny more than you John. ;-) Art

Bazza, Tipping did wonders for me and the few people I tipped directly took care of my needs when I was in Shanghai. Art

If I didn't listen to this lesson today, I would still be saying, "你明天要来吗?"
