I loved this lesson!! 蚵仔煎 or oa-jian in fookienese is the best! It is popular here in Manila.. well at least in Chinatown. I love the combination of the egg, oysters, green chives and sticky tapioca. It is usually served with a sweet tomato based dipping sauce!

The "silk-like" items were lovely-- bags, pillow cases,even pajamas for kids. They came with very nice colors. I got and used one bag for myself but after using it for a few weeks, the zipper broke :( I also brought home preserved fruits and vegetable Chinese Snacks 小吃 packs from the supermarket
