"吃罚单“ means you’ve been given a fine which you’ve have to pay (or “eat”)
“贴罚单” is to paste the fine. But you could use 被贴罚单 meaning you’ve been given a fine.

1/ 东京 is Tokyo while 京都 is Kyoto
2/ please refer to wiki which helps to clarify the terms. 动漫是动画或漫画的合称与缩写，是在华人地区才有的称呼. Hence this news taken from Xinhua uses 动画 in the title and 动漫 in the body. But as Peony and Diana also pointed out in the lesson that 漫画 is usually paper based while 动画 is anime.

June 10, 2019 at 4:33 AMThank you for your reply. The media lessons we have now are for upper intermediate students upwards hence textually it’s more difficult and hosts speak in Mandarin only. But intermediate students would benefit from news lessons too. Thanks for bringing this up! Let me see what I can do with my team.
