Thank Matt! Btw, I always thought that drinking white tea was fairly common in China, but couldn't find it anywhere in Shanghai. Could it be that my translation of white tea (白茶)wasn't quite accurate?

Love it! You guys did an awesome job, as usual. This time I especially enjoyed the angry chef`s performance(Lane). So cool!!

I agree with Xuzhen. Today's poem was realtively easy to understand. That, combined with Pete's explanations, resulted in a perfect lesson. Thanks Pete.

Besides, i love the contrast between Chinese ancient poetry and Baker Street's theme song.

It's really enlightening to know the origins of the Chinese dishes with unusual names. Besides, I love  宫保鸡丁 in all its varieties. It's definitely my favorite dish.

Matt, you're so expressive and natural in front of the camera! Is this your first acting experience? I hope we won't have to wait too long for the next "Menu Stealer".

Great lesson guys!

There`s no doubt. CP has become my daily therapy! Even listening to the News & Features is fun!

By the way, the "new?" lessons sets are so good!
