April 28, 2009 at 5:57 PMIt's really enlightening to know the origins of the Chinese dishes with unusual names. Besides, I love 宫保鸡丁 in all its varieties. It's definitely my favorite dish.
Matt, you're so expressive and natural in front of the camera! Is this your first acting experience? I hope we won't have to wait too long for the next "Menu Stealer".
