姚明在Kimmel节目。Kimmel就行了，但是多节目主人外国人的玩笑很懒。在美国人们都已经知道在有一些国家，比如中国和印度，等到结婚了，人们跟父母住。我觉得节目的来宾肯定知道主人将要开玩笑他们，但玩笑应该好起来。不应该使用那么土玩笑。

反正，我觉得姚明的英语很不错！他怎么会有空学习英文！？它不需要翻译者，连开玩笑一点也可以！他无疑多才多艺，篮球生活以后他可以代表中国，当中国大使用。庞大的大使用。^_^

He turned 30 last September, that's why many are wondering if he's done. I hope he has enough people around him with *his* best interests at heart. There's plenty of life ahead after basketball and a guy as smart as he is should lead a quality life. If what's in his best interest is to retire, then he ought to do so.

In the website toianw provided, towards the middle of the page and right before the plane pictures, are the rankings for the Chinese army, navy, and air force.

lieutenant colonel in the army - 中校 - zhōng xiào

captain in the air force - 上尉 - shàng wèi

谢谢 I am really not sure, based on one Glossary example I think we can say赢了，比如：

湖人队赢了太阳队。

I think if one team beats another by a lot we can use 大胜

湖人队大胜太阳队。(The Lakers beat the Suns handily.)

Welcome. At the bottom of each pdf page it gives a link to the text version, which is html. Also you can just right-click the pdf link above and copy the link location, then change the extension .pdf to .html. That's probably easier.
