烤干 is a particular method of drying,you can aslo say 烘干,晒干, 甩干 like your sentences.
烘干 hōnggān dry beside/over a fire
晒干 shàigān dry in the sun
甩干 shuǎigān spin-dry; tumble-dry
晾干 liànggān r.v. dry by airing
There are not other words which mean 'to dry'.

Now we only use 计划(計劃), it's both a noun and a verb. There is no such a word as 计画(計畫).

“黄了” means "came to nothing". For example,
我们的计划黄了。Wǒmen de jìhuà huángle.
那个饭店黄了。Nàge fàndiàn huángle.

希望我们有一个愉快的周末!
xīwàng wǒmen yǒu yīgè yúkuài de zhōumò!

急死我了 means "something let me in a real hurry", here 我 is object.
