Here 着呢 is auxiliary word, it can follow verb and adj, to show the meaning of "-ing".

March 22, 2010 at 2:37 AM“马上就开始了Măshàng jiù kāishĭ le.” for example, "电影马上就开始了Diànyǐngmăshàng jiù kāishĭ le。" You just describe the situation, use "le" to show an event or action is imminent, but you can not control it.
Another example, if you're a driver, you can say: "车马上就开。Chē mǎshàng jiù kāi."; if you're a passenger, you just describe "Chē mǎshàng jiù kāi le".
For "我马上就来。(Wŏ măshàng jiù lái.)" and "别急，马上就好。"(Bié jí, măshàng jiù hăo.) You can also put "le" at the end of sentences, but no "le" is more common.

我们需要你的帮助。
wǒme xūyào nǐ de bāngzhù.
we need your help.
我需要很多钱。
wǒ xūyào hěnduō qián.
I need a lot of money.
我需要一些时间。
wǒ xūyào yīxiē shíjiān.
I need some time.
You can also say: 从这儿到那儿需要多久？ But "要多久” is more common.
