@Damon The Post with the meat of the discussion has been moved to the POST for Audio Feedback as linked to earlier in the thread. I may have commented on other posts regarding this issue - I'll endeavour in future to post such comments again in the Audio Feeback Post (or something similar - I am currently analysing our feedback loop) and cross-link the two.

Regards,

Matt

@everett

Thanks for pointing that out. Problem fixed, re-uploaded, due to Amazon cacheing, it may take a day or so for you to have access to the fresh file.

Having delegated QC duties for the last 2 months, I've decided to once again personally perform this task. I'm positive you will find these errors occurring less in future.

@elaurance Here's the link : http://chinesepod.com/lessons/sets/view?id=24390

If you want to find sets, click on the Lesson TAB on the screen header (next to ChinesePod Logo), then you'll have three 'sub-tabs' below that to choose from. Click on SETS, then scroll down to the level you are interested and you can click the 'click to see all' button. Voila!

Let me know if you need more help.

@tvan

Obviously, I can't offer any testimonials/blanket condemnations yet.  However, the process seemed professional and well-organized.

Great to hear, that's what we are aiming for with the whole process. We still have room for improvement though.

Actually, I learnt that 表 biǎo as in 手表 shǒubiǎo sounds like 婊子  biǎozi which means whore, so you don't want to give one to your loved one. However in this day and age many wealthy business people give beautiful watches to their loved  (lusted) ones.

Commenting off my phone so I can't edit, would like to clarify on a previous point. Of course we've received the odd complaint about the overall teaching services but I've recently overhauled the whole service in order to streamline the whole process for students, teachers and admin alike, striving to consistently increase the quality of the service. Thus overall feedback has been positive, and increasingly so.
