January 17, 2011 at 1:41 PMI was watching a Chinese cooking show this morning and was wondering what they were saying. i.e. they were saying add the oil and something into the pan but I didn't understand what kind of oil or what kind of specific ingredient.
Can we have a chinesepod that's done like a cooking show? It's so I can understand what they're adding into the pan. Plu-eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease.

March 8, 2011 at 6:50 AMBasically from what I understand, people in Shanghai treat apartments like cars, if you rent it out and let someone use it, its been used so its not as desireable. So leaving it empty for 3 years and letting the prices increase is better than renting out for 3 years and then selling it out.
Stop me if I'm wrong.
