This might be a silly question, but if 荧光棒 is glow stick then I'm guessing 荧光 means glow. So can you use it as.

"这个东西荧光 - That thing is glowing"?????????

I thought it was as simple as, if you have dark tan skin in China, it means you've been outside alot, which probably means you live in the countryside which probably means you're a manual labourer and probably means you're poor.

While with fair skin you probabaly can afford a place to stay out of the sun and probably afford to stay pale by buying certain whitening prodicts and probably afford to hire people to do the hard work for you. So in other words, you're not poor.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

Or is it “什么时候人少又不热，我们什么时候去”？
