I actually read in a text book at school (ages ago) that people in China welcomed lefties and righties. Something about everyone should be treated equally.

I got a question on 热情。 I'm confused by the definition. It's defined as "warm,kind" in the pdf lesson but I thought it always mean "enthusiasm".

Is this one of those Chinese characters that have more than one meaning? Can someone help me clarify this.

It would be great to know what number to dial for the ambulance or emergency service and also how to deal with the operator so they can get on the scene for an "Intermediate" lesson.
