May 6, 2008 at 12:08 AMUrbandweller, There is a lesson that might help you to say what you want to say... The lesson is in the Newbie section. It's called "Married With Children".

Posted on: Ending your sentence with 啊 & 呀 (a & ya)
April 29, 2008 at 11:49 AMConnie, I'm a little confused about a couple of the sentences as far as including shì in "Nǐ shì shénme shíhou lái de ya?", and "Nǐ shì shénme shíhou rǎn de ya?". I'm not even a year into my studies, so please bear with me. Anyway, I've heard another lesson where a sentence goes "Ta shenme shihou hui lai". So, could I exclude or include the word "shì" in each of these sentences at my discretion, or is there a certain reason you used the word in these sentences? Thank you.

April 27, 2008 at 4:19 AMI don't mean to be off the subject here, but can we maybe look into a newbie or elementary lesson on things to say during a game of Chinese chess? Ken...? Jenny...?

January 20, 2008 at 8:27 PMI was wondering, are there any lessons covering chinese chess? If not, is it possible to see some in the near future?

July 8, 2008 at 3:57 AMI actually prefer the teaching methods here at ChinesePod to any "Chinese class" I've ever come across. Thanks, Jenny, and CPod!
