If you go to the "Lessons" page, there are tabs that say "latest", "channels" and "sets". You can find all lessons so far published in the Love Tangle series in the "sets" tab.

November 5, 2009 at 3:34 PMChinese friends presented me with 一碗骨头汤 one lunchtime during the first (freezing winter) months I was in China.
Initially, I was confused by the straw they handed me along with the bowl. Then, as the meal commenced, I realised it was a tool to suck-up the bone marrow. The straw proved to be an effective tool, and the soup was pretty tasty.

Glossary entries suggest formal and sincere usage, too.
I'll keep my ear out for 抱歉, and hopefully I'll start hearing it enough to get my head around it. 谢谢.

November 3, 2009 at 1:31 PMCan anyone explain why 抱歉 (bàoqian) is used in the dialogue to say "sorry", rather than 对不起 (duìbùqǐ) or 对不起 (bùhǎoyīsi)?
I've never used 抱歉 so would be interested to know in which contexts it's most appropriate...

After checking with John, I can confirm that lesson publication time is 9am (it has been for a good few months). Today's lesson was late, though the reason isn't clear, I'm afraid.
Publication isn't affected by daylight saving time changes, if that's significant for you in Japan?

Worry not! I saw Helen emerge from the studio after recording this show, and she was as bright and bubbly as always. I'm sure no fainting ocurred,therefore, though I'm sure your offers of assistance are much appreciated ;-)
I've alerted the team of the problem with this file. Hopefully we can replace it because this current one totally misses out news of our recently launched Refer a Friend program - and that's just not right!
