游泳衣 is same as 泳衣 or 泳装。 I think it includes 比基尼。It's general.

游泳裤 is the only word for colloqial or bookish. So it's not formal not informal.

我觉得是这样的:Y工厂在招标的时候,当然会提出自己的要求。但是,这个要求是比较大致的。每次,生产一个零件的时候又会有不同的具体要求。另外,招标的时候,肯定尽量先拿到这个客户。所以那个时候,好像谈恋爱一样,大家都很热情。后来结婚了,发现有很多实际的问题,就慢慢开始吵架了。

It's a oral phrase. '叫 somebody 怎么do something'= how are the people...". It's a complaint.

Hello, it's kind like 'who' and 'whom'. For example: He is my brother. The question could be 'Who is he?' or 'Who is your brother'. The meaning of these two sentences are different. Where the 'who' is put depends on which part you want to question.
