Actually it is 是……的pattern. 我是买了票的。 But in a lot of case, 是 could be skipped.

有哦，只有第一句是对的。

The second one should be 你以为飞机是你家的？是 has to be there. Coz 为is not a verb.

The third one should be 你把飞机当作你家的？ ’作为' is 'as' . But it always uses as 'as a teacher, as a doctor, as ....'

If they are all right sentences, then 没区别。

表达/表示 are both 'to say something'. 表现 is what you do to show something. For example: 他昨天比赛表现很好。

表示 VS 表达 both of them is more formal than 说. 表达 is to show your feeling, thought to someone (you say it). It always 'to somebody' 我向老板表达了自己的不愿意辞职的想法。Besides，it could be a noun. 他的表达不清楚。

表示 is to show something not only the feeling, thought. 我表示昨天的事情很无聊。(you just say it not sure whom you're talking to).
