January 29, 2014 at 1:57 PMHello Busybees !
我没看过"现代汉语词典" 找得到找不到 "警局"(online dictionnary, so ?), 但是Wenlin 有这个结果: 警局 jǐngjú p.w. police station。 你能相信 Vera !
I've searched on Wenlin and the result is: 警局 jǐngjú p.w. police station. You can trust Vera.
BTW, I don't know who is the character of Pjolicoeur's avatar. As for me, I like your avatar. Very funny !

January 25, 2014 at 9:38 PMI'm pretty confused, but I've not listened to the lesson . This is what Wenlin indicates:
模板 múbǎn: n.①〈archi.〉 shuttering; formwork ②〈mach.〉 pattern plate M:²kuài
模版 móbǎn: n. model; pattern M:²kuài
I don't know if it makes things clear for you.

January 23, 2014 at 9:05 PMI think you've got to use a foot to play football / soccer ;-). 踢足球 tī zúqiú would be "to play football / soccer".

January 14, 2014 at 8:18 AMYou must be right (not about the fact that they like me better): I was the first one to answer to this general discussion. They fix generally very quickly things that are wrong in the lessons (thanks to Vera, I guess). But, yes, it would be really great to see the editing function back. Wait and see...

January 14, 2014 at 7:13 AMHey Podster ! Thank you for your answer. I think you're right. And I second your second comment. What surprises me is that sometimes the editing function works. It did for me a few days ago, in a general discussion.

January 14, 2014 at 6:02 AMYou guys are really funny ! I would never have thought I would study a lesson about snowman someday ! Very interesting lesson, as usual. There's a translation that intrigues me:
还需要什么吗 ? What else do we need ?
How would you say: Do we need something else ?

February 1, 2014 at 7:56 AMHello Ellun ! I think if you omit the 都, the meaning is not exactly the same. Here it means that she has prepared "everything" herself, the entire dinner. If there is not 都, it means that she has prepared the dinner. Maybe it just emphasizes, in fact....
