May 5, 2013 at 8:20 AMHi Bohan. I don't know for Chinese people but in French we also use inches when we are talking about TV or computer screen sizes, even if it's not part of our metric system. So I would not be surprised if it was the same in China. But it's a good question, if anyone can answer, I'm interested in that point as well.

You can't use both 人 and 同学 in your sentence. Korean people (韩国人) or Korean classmate (韩国同学). So you can say:
每天，我的韩国同学喝冰的大麦茶。
or
我的韩国同学每天喝冰的大麦茶。
