I've got the feeling that sometimes, when Chinese people say 可爱 (most often with a foreigner) , "可爱" implies: "I don't really understand why this personn says or does so, the way he does or says is not bad but it's a little bit weird". For example if I tell a story that Chinese people don't fully understand. What do you think ?

Salut Lamartinière,

Je ne suis pas vraiment la mieux placée pour te conseiller. J'utilise essentiellement Wenlin, que ce soit comme dictionnaire ou comme traitement de texte. J'avais un moment la police de caractères chinois sur mon ordinateur (vista), mais plus maintenant. J'ai vu que Larousse a un dico français-chinois en ligne, mais sinon, je ne sais pas bien.

Si je trouve, je te préviens.

Hi Nicci !

I don't want to betray a secret, but the sentences for the exercices come from the Expansion section of the lesson. So you can find the translation of the sentence over there, if you need. I don't know if it's better to do the exercices before studying the expansion sentences or the opposite, but anyway, expansion is very useful !!

Thank you, John. I have always been surprised by this 下次再见 because I thought that 再 was precisely replaced by something more precise such as 明天 míngtiān, 下 星期 (xià xīngqī). Are there any other exaples where you can have both 再 and a precise moment (明天再见, for example) ?

老师, 我有一个问题。 Teacher, I've got a question. I was surprised when I saw 下次见 on the picture because I often hear you say 下次再见. Is this 再 really useful (because there's already 下次) ? Which one one is more used: 下次见 or 下次再见 ?

I love this lesson as well. I guess it is the same recipe for eggplants, isn't it ? If one day you can do the same type of lesson for dumplings... Will we see John cooking too ? Any 拿手菜 ?
