March 3, 2011 at 4:13 AMYou mean Dick Benson from Duluth? The same Dick Benson who stole Dean Rooney's Cadillac and drove it into the lake? That guy was an animal. Those were the days.

March 1, 2011 at 3:10 AMI kind of remembered a little incorrectly...the tone is not as perturbed sounding as I thought originally, but its directly after Dilu calls John a "超级中国通“。 (13:41 and on...)

February 28, 2011 at 5:33 AMWhile I've had countless conversations that have followed this progression, none have ended with me being paid this compliment (中国通)。
Does this make me feel insecure? Yes it does.
Also thought John's "whatever" was the highlight...it had a markedly "spare me" tone to it. If there was video, we would probably see an epic eye roll.

February 18, 2011 at 2:45 AMYour movie theaters have stages? The screen isn't even that large relative to the size of the room.
Obviously you're not a golfer.

February 17, 2011 at 7:08 AMIf it's chicken feet, 讨厌 sans "不“ seems like the safer bet.

February 14, 2011 at 4:50 AMThis would be the appropriate time to use the picture from the "Switching Seats on a Plane" ele. This picture reminds me more of a lecture hall or University theater. This lack of attention to detail is not something I would expect from a site of your caliber.

February 10, 2011 at 2:55 AMWe need to put the tea scammers in touch with the Nigerian email scammers. They can trade overpriced tea for fake inheritances and endowments.

February 9, 2011 at 2:41 AMI've had both plenty of er guo tou and mao tai...can't discern enough of a difference to warrant the latter. Er guo tou and a couple of red bulls was formerly my thrifty fire up formula, but it put too many weird hairs on my arms and chest.
Mao tai seems like a decent hedge against inflation, however.

March 3, 2011 at 5:50 AMI am confused by your post?
I just can't believe its old Richie Benson there with the chopsticks and the necktie. Guy could barely tie his own shoes and now he's got old chinese hands. One time in chemistry he pretended that he made a boot by mixing a few random beakers together....but it was really just his own boot.
