Jenny和John - 您们两个人太搞笑了!! 虽然我不常来留言,我每一节课都听。看来你们两个越来越好玩儿,越好玩儿越好。

For other poddies, I would recommend looking further into 愿意(yuanyi). I hear it often, and usually in the form of a question..

你愿不愿意, 你愿意的话。。

I think it's kind of like saying: "If you're willing to.." , "Are you willing to..."

Other poddies?..

Wow, lots of feedback. I'll keep it short.

It's takes me a long time to load videos, shorter videos are better. Five mins is no problem but please make it worth while.

Show me the meaning behind the radicals, for example: If I see a character with a specific radical, what can I infer about it's meaning. Anything? 提手旁 - Something with the hand perhaps? .. Hm..

I though it was pretty funny though.

Supergood,

I noticed that aswell, it seems the more westerized cities in China such as Wuxi, Nanjing and Shanghai have booming gay communities. I once had a friend who got a date offer from two different co-workers at the same time in the same room!!! I witnessed it!!

Kesuirui,

I've heard of the height issue aswell. My girlfriend (Chinese) is both TALLER than me and OLDER than me by alot. All her friends think it's funny but it doesn't bother me a bit. I've read "personal ads" here that have VERY strict height requirements for girls. It's a tough world!

Also, please note I wasn't reading the personals for myself. Most of them are scams, I was just doing it for language practice! HONEST!!

Oh coffee!!

I actually make my coffee here in China with a coffee machine, however be forewarned!! I went looking for a reasonably priced coffee maker at the local supermarkets and found all of them to really expensive! Go on Taobao, MUCH cheaper!!

Coffee grinds are another story, I just had some shipped from Canada as my Christmas gift (hehe, thanks MOM!). But it looks like when it's gone it's gone so I'll probably switch over to tea. I'm not a coffee snob or anything, just the instant stuff kind of makes me feel high and I can't sleep! Plus I don't think it's so heathly for you, being all sugar and what-not..

Thanks C-POD!

Good lesson,

I could really only understand the direction of the conversation, most of the nouns and names got lost on me. huan bao che, ricksaw?

I personally enjoyed chi de kai, something related to face? Power?

I would look it up but am at work with no Chinese on this computer.. :-(

It'll have to wait until tomorrow!
