There is another word called "证书" also means certificate

eg: 毕业证书 ( diploma)

There is another word called "撞见" (to see something accidentally) it refers to that you saw something that you shouldn't have seen. 

eg: 小偷在偷钱时被警察撞见了 （the thief was caught by the police while he stole the money ）

In China, people don't like to say "端午节快乐" ( happy dragon boat festival) if you want to wish some a happy dragon boat festival then you should say "端午节安康" （ wish you a safe and healthy dragon boat festival)

you can also say: 一根筷子 （one chopsticks)  or  “一双筷子”  （a pair of chopsticks)

Sometimes people also say "做饭/烧菜" refer to cooking, it is the same as "做菜."
