thanks for the explanation of "来 and 去” 。 But I think there is another way to use them, for example, 今天是周一，我们要赶紧把自己的状态调整到工作中去/来 。In this sentence, "工作" is not a real place, and it is a status that you are in now.

I know if you want to say customer, you can also say: 顾客。 it sounds more formal, and it can distinguish from guests( 客人） and thanks very much for the explanation of “吧”。 it is very useful indeed!

Thanks for this lesson guys, they've explained it so clear and so well. But I think in the dialogue page the word "一下" tone is wrong, it should be yí xià.
