说到苏轼苏东坡,我就想到了一道西湖名菜,东坡肉。这菜呢属江浙菜系,薄皮嫩肉,色泽红亮,想想就要流口水啊。
shuōdào Sū Shì sūdōngpō ,wǒ jiù xiǎngdào le yī dào xīhú míngcài ,Dōngpōròu 。zhè cài ne shǔ Jiāng Zhè càixì ,báo pí nèn ròu ,sèzé hóngliàng ,xiǎngxiang jiùyào liúkǒushuǐ ā 。
Talking of Su Shi, or of Su Dongpo, as he's also known, I've thought of a famous dish from the West Lake area, "Dongpo" stir-fried pork. This dish belongs to the Zhejiang-Jiangsu cuisine family, thin-skinned tender pork, a bright red color, just thinking of it makes me drool.
