November 02, 2008, 03:02 AMMy folks are still living in the Pasig area, near SM Megamall... I grew up in Malabon area, then we moved several times around the QC area, finally ending up in Pasig.
I now live with my own family (wife and 4 1/2 year old daughter) here in Silicon Valley, but every year around March/April timeframe, we go back to the Philippines to visit and unwind.

JP, perhaps we are cousins! My mom's mom hails from Tubao, La Union, which, according to Google Earth, is just about 10 km north of Sto. Tomas!
But why does your family speak Pangalatok? My grandmother speaks Ilocano.
