BTW - You are a very good teacher. Today i signed up for a year on the Executive programme.

No problem.  I needed the extra time for the bad restaurant service lesson. It is more complex at upper intermediate but the content is excellent and so useful.

I enrolled on on the Executive programme on 8 June but did not have my Needs Analysis call until 15 June. You have requested that my next call with is on 22 June.  Given that my one month expires on 9 July this leaves enough days for only 13 calls. I should be entitled to 20 calls. Given that my Needs Analysis represents 1 call, if we start my lessons on 22 June as scheduled, my final call should be on 16 July. Can you please ensure my access/call programme is maintained until this date.
