7:07, ‘我养狗’ was pronounced by Jenny as ‘wo 2 yang 3 gou 3’. But it should be ‘wo 3 yang 2 gou 3’ because ‘养狗’ is two 3 tones, and when they are collocated together, most of the time, the first third tone needs to be changed into second.

Well, nearly 3 minutes is spent on introducing the lesson. It’s a bit too long.

This dialogue is toooooo short to be really helpful. The most important part in driving a bargain is expressions about lowering price and offering discount. But you don’t mention these expressions in the lesson. For newbies, you can divide a lesson into a series so it’s easier for them; meanwhile, you can make sure every episode in the series is short and easy as well as practical.

4:19, ‘必须很多人挤在一个房间里’ can be revised to ‘很多人必须挤在一个房间里’.

5：11, ‘让我也很感到有压力’ should be revised to ‘让我感到很有压力’.

6:29, Jenny pronounced ‘能’ as ‘nen 2’ instead of ‘neng 2’.

7:11, ‘文绉绉’ is pronounced by Jenny as ‘wen 2 zhou 1 zhou 1’ which should be ‘wen 2 zhou 4 zhou 4’.

8:13, ‘味道’ can’t be interchangeable with ‘韵味’ or at least only in certain context. For instance, you cant say, ‘这道菜很有韵味’ or ‘这道菜韵味很好’.
