If you don't comment on a lesson you won't get an email.
If you want to comment on a lesson but receive no notifications when someone replies, you can click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the comments.
Hope that makes sense.

May 28, 2015 at 1:33 AMSorry to hear that. We had some issues when publishing this one (we used the wrong lesson ID and the system got confused by duplicate lessons). A quick fix to get it back in your podcast feed is to just bookmark that particular lesson. I have taken the liberty of doing this for you, so next time you refresh your podcast app/iTunes the lesson should show near the top. If you don't want to see if you can just un-bookmark it.
