January 16, 2008 at 1:30 AMhi bazza and heruilin, 真得不得了 Zhēn de bùdéliǎo There is a situation you could use this, but it is very seldom heard. 真 (zhēn) can be used as an adjective in the following kind of situation: 这种电视的画面看起来真得不得了。 Zhèzhǒng diànshì de huàmiàn kàn qilai zhēn de bùdéliǎo. This type of TV's screen looks amazingly lifelike (real).

January 15, 2008 at 6:25 AMHere's a few more 'hair' words: to tie back (i.e. put in ponytail): 扎起来 (zhā qǐlai) ponytail: 马尾 (mǎwěi) layers: 层次 (céngcì) spiked hair: 锥形发 (zhuīxíng fà) feathered hair--it was hard to find an equivalent for this in Chinese, but you can describe it like this: 把前面的头发吹得有型点 (Bǎ qiánmian de tóufa chuī de yǒu xíng diǎn).
