November 16, 2007 at 3:05 AMHi Rash, Yes, the meaning is the same, except 花心 (huāxīn) is an adjective, and 花花公子 (huāhuā gōngzǐ) is a noun, i.e. 他很花心。Tā hěn huāxīn. 他是一个花花公子。Tā shì yī ge huāhuā gōngzǐ.
