hi Man2Toe, from dictionary.com: tr.v. coifed, coif·ing, coifs To arrange or dress (the hair). So, hmm... hair coifed through extreme blow-drying measures? ;)

hi xiaosiobhan, 马屁精 (mǎpìjīng) = a real suck-up; it's not really a compliment, generally.

hi henning, glad you like grammar! you may be one of the few in the world that could be so happy about a grammar lesson, haha! great suggestion! will definitely address that in future QW. yes, i was thinking afterwards, maybe that's why Jenny and I look so much alike...hehe... we could be long lost relatives.

hi wande, Yes, some people use the term: 盥洗室 guànxǐshì (washroom) 去盥洗室 qù guànxǐshì (go to the washroom) But if you were to use this term: 坐在便桶上 zuòzài biàntǒng shàng it would only be used if you were actually describing the situation of someone 'sitting on a toilet'. Not to say 'go to the bathroom'. :)

hi davelandis, In 回去 (huíqu) the 去 (qu) is pronounced in neutral tone, rather than the fourth tone it is when pronounced on its own.
