Are the same meaning. The first 了 (le) is sometimes omitted. Also, 忘记 (wàngjì) can be used interchangeably with 忘 (wàng).

Yes it is, you can either get the traditional character PDF by using this plug in, or by just changing the URL when you open the PDF document. You just need to add four letters at the end... ('trad') as in:

(Shǒujī bùzài zhuōzi shang.)
When 上 (shang) is used in combination with a noun to indicate location (here 'on') the 上 (shang) becomes neutral tone, as in our example 'on the table' (在桌子上 zài zhuōzi shang).
