(Tā bù xiǎng gēn wǒmen shuō huà.)

The 跟 (gēn) comes before the verb that is related to the 'with', which, in this case, is 说 (shuō)... i.e. "He doesn't want to speak with us.'

Putting the 跟 (gēn) before the 想 (xiǎng) is incorrect.

穿衣服  (chuān yīfú) means to wear/put on clothes.  The sentence: 你多穿一点。 (Nǐ duō chuān yīdiǎn.) means 'put on more clothes', because it's cold out, in this case.

For 'This sweater is too small, take it off':

这件毛衣太小了，脱下来吧。
Zhè jiàn máoyī tài xiǎo le, tuōxià lái ba.

Nǐ jǐ suì?
Generally it's used to ask children, but is also sometimes used when asking younger adults too.  However, it would be impolite to use with elderly people.

您多大？
Nín duō dà？
Is used definitely for older people, but also adults or young adults too.

Yes, you can say:

我喜欢这个。
Wǒ xǐhuan zhèige.

It means, "I like this."
