Yes, both of those are acceptable.  The old exercises once in a while would have this problem.  Sorry about that.

oooh Barista was my favourite cafe in Taipei.  Such a great cappuccino.  I used to go there numerous times a week--the one on Chongqing Lu, near Chiang Kai Shek Memorial Hall.

Here, you can use 认为 (rènwéi)  or 觉得 (juéde), the only difference is that with 认为 (rènwéi), the tone is more certain.

You can say:

我是为了学习来中国的。
Wǒ shì wéi le xuéxí lái Zhōngguó de.
or
我来中国是为了学习。
Wǒ lái Zhōngguó shìwéi le xuéxí.

To welcome someone to Germany, you can say:

欢迎你来德国
Huānyíng nǐ lái Déguó 
or
欢迎你到德国来。
Huānyíng nǐ dào Déguó lái.
