吵醒 (chǎoxǐng) means that you are awoken by a noise. 吵 (chǎo) means to be noisy. So it wouldn't be used in the context of this dialogue.
Other words you can combine with 醒 (xǐng):
睡醒 (shuìxǐng) to wake up
你睡醒了吗?Nǐ shuìxǐng le ma?
饿醒 (è xǐng) to wake up because you're hungry
昨晚我饿醒了。Zuówǎn wǒ è xǐng le.
热醒 (rè xǐng) to wake up because you're hot
