Either 啊 or 呀 can be used when the word ends in: a,e,i,o,u 2. You don't need a 是 (shì) with the following adverbs: 很 (hěn)，太 (tài)，真 (zhēn)，非常 (fēicháng) adjective + 死+了 you need the 了 (le), but you do not use 是 (shì) with this sentence structure

May 15, 2008 at 2:04 AMhi ichigo86, Connie answered this question above, I will copy it here for you: 无论(wúlùn) 不论(bùlùn) 不管(bùguǎn), can be used interchangeably in most situations. bùguǎn can't be followed by "如何rúhé、是否shìfǒu". But, wúlùn and bùlùn can。 不管如何 bùguǎn rúhé （incorrect） 无论如何 wúlùn rúhé （correct） bùguǎn can be followed by “Adj.+不(bu)+ Adj.” pattern. When use wúlùn and bùlùn, normally you need to add "háishi" in between, “Adj.+háishi+bù+ Adj.” 不管天气好不好，...... Bùguǎn tiānqì hǎo bu hǎo, ...... 无论天气好还是不好， ...... wúlùn tiānqì hǎo háishi bù hǎo, ......

Here are a few examples: 做不了 (zuò buliǎo) Unable to do it. 我吃不了那么多。 (Wǒ chī buliǎo nàme duō.) I can't eat that much. 我喝不了一瓶啤酒。 (Wǒ hē bùliǎo yī píng píjiǔ.) I am unable to drink a bottle of beer.
