May 26, 2011 at 12:04 PMI see 美眉, posted as MM mostly, popping up online everywhere. Seems like mainlanders use it a lot now also.

May 26, 2011 at 10:55 AMI feel like the real value in these lessons comes mainly from the dialogue between hosts. It's nice to learn a little background about the media pieces and hear comments and opinions coming from the Chinese perspective. I also appreciate being exposed to different types of media that I might not otherwise come across. Personally I feel satisfied with the current media lessons yet I understand how others looking for a traditional lesson format to pick apart the dialogue and/or discuss things further with a tutor might not be.

May 25, 2011 at 10:01 AMOr maybe the hot water bottle was used to store the frozen murder weapon. I think some of them are insulated.

May 25, 2011 at 9:21 AMIs there a way to tell people to stop complaining that there's no meat? Would it be ok to say something like, 你们别那么无肉不欢,or 不要无肉不欢?

May 25, 2011 at 7:25 AMI think the 热水瓶 could have been used to melt the murder weapon either by pouring the hot water onto the weapon or sticking the weapon into it.

May 24, 2011 at 9:27 AMMany online sellers also have physical shops as well! Those who do often will list their 本体店 běntǐdiàn (physical store) information on their site. Maybe I'm wrong, but I believe all of things on taobao mall come from true shops.

May 24, 2011 at 5:30 AM我喜欢在淘宝买东西!
wǒ xǐhuān zài táobǎo mǎi dōngxi
I like buying things on taobao. I have bought anything from food to clothes on there. I figure that the delivery fee is normally about the same as the puplic transportation cost if I went to pick it up myself in the store. I have gotten several warnings from others about buying "fake" food on there though. Perhaps I should stick with wearables and diapers.

May 24, 2011 at 5:06 AMInteresting topic there. As soon as I started reading the posts, I began to think about one of my favorite novels, The Lovely Bones which a few posters go on to mention in that post. Dissolving murder weapons are just too cool to be impossible.
