Hi miantiao

跟你说不通,好像是因为我中文写得很别扭的原因吧。

Hi chistudent

哈哈,我不知道那是否是“忠言”。

Hi miantiao

筷 (kuai4) is a relatively recently made Chinese character. In ancient China, chopsticks were called "箸" (zhu4) because they helped (助, zhu4) people to take food. Honestly, I think this etymology is a bit too plausible to believe, hehe.

Anyway, 箸 was gradually replaced by 筷子 over the past several hundred years, however 箸 is still used in the sense of "chopsticks" in Hokkien dialect (福建话) today. Furthermore, chopsticks have been called 箸 (ha-shi) in Japan since ancient times.

Hi miantiao

连我家小胖狗都有着自己的逻辑,哈哈!话虽那么说,也许你说的对,看样子逻辑也有“等级”。

Hi elfii

按你的逻辑,学英文的中国人没有资格骂布什,对不对?

Hi nquarrie

多少 (duo1shao3) itself is an interrogative word, so you don't have to add another one. By the same token, you don't need to add 吗 at the end of a sentence such as 你是不是中国人? (You are Chinese, aren't you?)
